Abstract
Female urethral diverticulum is a rare pathology. Its discovery is often incidental, usually during complications that may be infectious, lithiasic, or degenerative. We report a clinical case of female urethral diverticulum revealed by episodes of recurrent infections. Surgical treatment was performed by a vaginal approach, with good postoperative outcomes.
