Testicular Metastasis of a Prostatic Adenocarcinoma: A Case Report and a Review of the Literature

The incidence of testicular cancer metastasis during autopsies is approximately 2.5%. Although the majority of secondary testicular metastases are due to prostate cancer, only a few patients with prostate cancer will develop clinical manifestations of testicular metastases. We report the case of a patient with metastatic prostate cancer at the testicular level, diagnosed following the presence of a right testicular mass on palpation. This was an 68-year-old patient who had lower urinary tract symptoms with a total PSA of 751.7 ng / ml. Advanced prostate cancer (T4N1M1c) has been diagnosed. He was then treated with androgen deprivation by surgical castration. He underwent bilateral orchiectomy and histopathological examination of the part reported adenocarcinomatous metastasis of the right testicle.
