Abstract

The ability of mixture of catalysts (MC) of M,Re/Al2O3where (M = Ni, Co, Pt) and H-zeolite (Y, MOR, ZSM-5) to activate low-temperature transformations of C3H8 in the presence of C6H6 was studied. It was shown that as a result of the activation of the C3H8 component of C6H6:C3H8 mixtures, isopropylbenzene and other C9-alkylaromatic hydrocarbons, as well as C6H6 and H2, were formed. The influence of the experimental conditions and M-components of the MC on the activity and distribution of the transformation products of C6H6:C3H8 mixtures was discussed.
