Abstract

We report a case of a malignant penile tumor in a 44-year-old patient. Tumor biopsy and histopathological analysis led to a diagnosis of locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the penis.

We proposed and performed emasculation with the patient’s consent.

Twelve months later, the patient remains in good general condition.
